For me, Success means achieving self-satisfaction with our work. So I feel satisfaction is the measure of success. The more you succeed the more you happy and viceversa.
Success is the first stepping stone after all of hard works. Success is gain by being calm and not worrying about the result. Tension and worry are enemies of success. Success mean gaining a correct understanding about the things.
So be clear with your goals and then try to find your success i'm sure u"ll find it some day.
