How to Apply
Starting on July 18, 2022, applicants can submit an online application for the NABARD Grade A Recruitment 2022 using the link below or the NABARD website. A new screen will appear after selecting the "APPLY ONLINE" option.
Click the "Click here for New Registration" option to register an application, then provide your name, phone number, and email address. The system will produce a Provisional Registration Number and Password, which will then be shown on the screen. The candidate should write down their password and provisional registration number. The Provisional Registration number and Password will be issued through email and text message to the provided email address and cellphone number, respectively.
Fill out the online application completely and check your answers since changes cannot be made. The candidate's name, or the name of his or her father, husband, or other family member, should be spelled exactly as it appears on certificates and mark sheets, as well as on any legitimate identification submitted to the test
Any modification or change might cause the candidate to be disqualified.
Verify your information, and By selecting the "Validate your details" and "Save & Next" buttons, you may save your application. Candidates can continue by scanning and uploading their photo and signature in accordance with the guidelines listed in point "C" of the guidelines for scanning and uploading photo and signature. Change any necessary information, then click "FINAL SUBMIT" only after you've checked to make sure your submitted photo, signature, and other details are accurate.
To make a payment, select the "Payment" tab. Following the steps will allow you to finish the payment procedure as the application form is connected with the payment gateway.
Only Master/Visa/Rupay Debit or Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards, and Mobile Wallets may be used to make payments, along with the requested information.
An e-Receipt will be created after the transaction has been successfully completed. The absence of a "E-Receipt" denotes a PAYMENT FAILURE. Candidates are urged to login again using their Provisional Registration Number and Password and try the payment procedure again if the first attempt fails.
Candidates must print out their electronic receipt and online application form. Please be aware that an online transaction might not have been completed if the same cannot be created.

The applicable fee must be paid online and is not refundable. The candidate will be responsible for paying any bank transaction costs associated with online application and notification fee payments.

All NABARD personnel who meet the requirements for educational background are eligible to apply. When submitting an online application, they will be required to pay the aforementioned fee/intimation costs, which will only be repaid to NABARD workers (Staff Candidates) who meet the requirements for the position upon submission of the fee receipt. At the time of the interview, the candidate's position as a staff member will be confirmed.

There will be three phases to the Grade A (RDBS/Rajbhasha) selection procedure, as detailed below:

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates for NABARD Grade-A 2022 need to be:
Indian citizens as a nationality
Age Requirement for Assistant Manager, Grade A (RDBS/Rajbhasha) Position
As on July 1, 2022, a candidate must be between the ages of 21 and 30.

Requirements For The Position Of Assistant Manager In Grade "A" (RDBS)
General:
Postgraduate degree, MBA/PGDM with a minimum of 55 percent marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants - 50 percent) in aggregate OR CA/ CS/ICWA OR Ph.D from Institutions recognized by GOI/UGC. Bachelor's degree in any subject from a recognized university with a minimum of 60 percent marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants - 55 percent) in aggregate.
Agriculture:
either a postgraduate degree in agriculture or agriculture (soil science/agronomy) with a minimum of 55 percent marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants - 50 percent) in aggregate from a recognized university or institution, or a bachelor's degree in agriculture with 60 percent marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants - 55 percent) in aggregate.
Agriculture Engineering:
A postgraduate degree in agriculture engineering with a minimum of 55 percent marks (SC/PWBD applicants - 50%) in aggregate from a recognized university or institution, OR a bachelor's degree in agriculture engineering with 60 percent marks (SC/PWBD applicants - 55 percent) in aggregate.
Animal Husbandry:
Veterinary sciences or animal husbandry bachelor's degree from any accredited university with a minimum grade point average of 60 percent (SC/PWBD applicants: 55 percent) OR postgraduate degree in veterinary sciences or animal husbandry with a minimum grade point average of 55 percent (SC/PWBD applicants: 50 percent).
Fisheries:
Fisheries Science Bachelor's degree with a 60 percent overall grade point average (SC/PWBD applicants: 55 percent) from an accredited university or institution OR Fisheries Science Postgraduate Degree with a 55 percent overall grade point average (SC/PWBD applicants: 50 percent).
Forestry:
Bachelor's degree in Forestry with a 60 percent overall grade point average (SC/PWBD applicants: 55 percent) from an accredited university or institution OR a postgraduate degree in Forestry with a 55 percent overall grade point average (SC/PWBD applicants: 50 percent).
Plantation/Horticulture:
Postgraduate degree in horticulture with a minimum of 55 percent marks (SC/PWBD applicants: 50%) in aggregate OR Bachelor's degree in horticulture from any recognized university with a minimum of 60 percent marks (SC/PWBD applicants: 55 percent).
Land Development-Soil Science:
A postgraduate degree in agriculture or agriculture (soil science/agronomy) from a recognized university or institution, with a minimum of 55 percent marks (PWBD applicants - 50 percent) in aggregate, or a bachelor's degree in agriculture or agriculture (soil science/agronomy) with 60 percent marks (PWBD applicants - 55 percent) in aggregate.
Water Resources:
A bachelor's degree in hydrology, applied hydrology, or geology with hydrogeology, irrigation, water supply, and sanitation as one of the subjects and a cumulative grade point average of 60% (PWBD applicants: 55%) OR a postgraduate degree in hydrology, applied hydrology, or geology with hydrogeology, irrigation, water supply, and sanitation as one of the subjects and a cumulative grade point average of 55% (PWBD applicants: 50%) from a recognized university
Finance:
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in any field and either a BBA (Finance/Banking) or BMS (Finance/Banking) with 60 percent marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants - 55 percent) OR a two-year full-time P.G. diploma in management (Finance) or a full-time MBA (Finance) degree with 55 percent (SC/ST/PWBD applicants - 50 percent). Candidates must present a certificate from their institution or university attesting to their financial expertise. OR a Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university or institution with membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and 60 percent marks (55 percent for SC/ST/PWBD candidates) (ICAI). A CFA OR ICAI membership must have been gained on or before July 1, 2021.
Computer and Information Technology:
A postgraduate degree in computer science, computer technology, computer applications, or information technology with 55 percent of the required credits from an accredited university OR a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer technology, computer applications, or information technology with 60 percent of the required credits (SC/PWBD applicants 55 percent) in aggregate.
for the grade "A" position of assistant manager (Rajbhasha)
(I) A bachelor's degree in English or Hindi from an accredited university with English and Hindi as a required or elective subject and a minimum overall grade point average of 60% (SC/ST/PWBD applicants: 55%) or equivalent
AND
(ii) A Postgraduate Diploma in Translation (minimum one year) from a reputable university, preferably in Hindi to English and vice versa. Candidates must have taken English and Hindi for at least two years of their undergraduate studies.
OR
Master's degree in HINDI required, with a minimum overall score of 60% (for SC/ST/PWBD candidates, it must be 55%). Candidates must have completed at least two years of a bachelor's degree program with English as a primary or optional subject.
OR
Master's degree in ENGLISH with a minimum overall score of 60% (SC/ST/PWBD candidates - 55%). Candidates must have completed at least two years of a bachelor's degree program with Hindi as their primary or optional subject.
NOTE:
The ability to translate from English to Hindi and vice versa is required of candidates.
An applicant may submit ONE application for the position or discipline of their choice. If more than one application is filed for Grade A (RDBS) across or within disciplines, the cost for any further applications will be lost. Only the most recent application will be accepted.
A candidate may only submit an application for the position of Assistant Manager (RDBS/Rajbhasha) under one of the choices listed in Table 1. It is made clear that applicants for Assistant Manager (RDBS) - General positions cannot also submit applications for positions in other disciplines. In a similar vein, applicants for Assistant Manager (RDBS) cannot apply for Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha), and vice versa.
Some colleges and universities instead issue aggregate grade points (such as CGPA, OGPA, CPI, etc.) rather than classes or percentages of marks. The same will be acceptable if the university or institute establishes standards for converting the aggregate grade point into a class and/or a percentage of marks. The undefined parameter(s) would be calculated as follows, however, in cases where the university/institute does not provide criteria for conversion of aggregate grade point into class and/or percentage of marks:

Experience

Candidates must carry a valid Ex-Serviceman Identity Card and have at least five years of commissioned service in the Army, Navy, or Air Force.
Short Service/Emergency Commissioned Officers Commissioned officers must have served for at least five years in a row in the military and must have been released after finishing their assignments, even if they are expected to be finished in a year.
