Job Location : - Madhya Pradesh

INTERVIEW WILL BE CONDUCTED AT HEAD OFFICE (NEW DELHI).

CTC : - 1 lakh to 3.6 Lakh (annual package) including expenses + 1% incentive

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products.
2.Appointment of Super stockist.
3.Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
4.Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
5.Servicing the needs of your existing customers.
6.Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
7.Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
8.Allocating areas to sales representatives.
9.Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
10.Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
11.Compiling and analysing sales figures.
12.Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.
13.Collecting customer feedback and market research.
14.Reporting to senior managers.
15.Plan, organize, direct and control your sales staff to meet these objectives.
16.Monitor each salesperson's daily performance and compare it with that month's objectives.
17.Be able to respond well to pressure.
