Designation:- Assistant Manager - Demat & Trading

CTC: 3.61 Lac to 4.04 Lac (Depending on Exp) + Mobile allowance upto Rs 2000 + Conveyance @Rs. 2.5/KM. + Annual performance incentive + 1 Lac mediclaim + 15Lacs Term insurance coverage.

Location: - Indore

Job Description:

1.Promoting Exchange Platform through partner. Activities to be done:
- Advisor meet
- Client meet
- Campaign & other promotional Activities.
2.Target Achievement of Demat & Trading Platform.
3.Conduct Activities for Advisor activation towards the exchange platform
- Joint calls
- Camps & other promotional activities.
- Preparing MIS of all the activities.
4.Solving queries related to transaction & Registration.
5.Minimize application rejection ratio
Training partners- Arrange transaction demo for partners
Training Employees.
6.Improve account registered VS activation ratio.
7.Overall support for partner/sales team related to exchange platform.
8.Over all Responsible to smooth flow of account registration.
9.Visit branches for promotional activities if required.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge about Mutual Funds, DEMAT & Trading and other financial products
Team Handling Experience
Good convincing Power & Good communication skills both verbal and written
A go getter attitude, strong team culture.
Entrepreneurial drive, passion and enthusiasm.

Eligibility: MBA/PG with atleast 3 years of experience
Graduate with atleast 5 years of experience.
